What will I do?

• Coordinate people, materials, and priorities so work flows without interruption.
• Coach operators, onboard new team members, and uphold standard work and safety rules.
• Track progress against targets; raise issues fast to keep output and quality on track.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work area and jump in where needed.

What schedule should I expect?

We run continuous operations using 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS). Multiple openings are available.

Training (8-hour shifts):

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
• 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday)

After training (12-hour shifts):

• Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekday and/or weekend schedules; rotations may apply

Most teammates work 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours). We are hiring across multiple shifts. Candidates should be open to working days, nights, and/or weekends based on business needs. Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer.

How is pay structured?

• Base rate: $25.00 per hour
• Additional shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend work
• Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws

Who succeeds here?

• Minimum: Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience; clear English communication; ability to thrive in a physically active, fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: 1–3 years in manufacturing; prior lead/trainer experience; ERP or production tracking familiarity; high-volume or shift-based background; bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) a plus.
