    Job Responsibilities
    Verify analyses performed by team members and implement corrective actions required to prevent recurrence of incidents and production issues.
    Resolve critical application alerts and production incidents in a timely manner, including root cause analysis, business impact assessments, and coordination with development and infrastructure teams.
    Review, maintain, and enhance knowledge articles, operational procedures, support documentation, and runbooks to ensure accuracy and operational readiness.
    Collaborate with business, development, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to troubleshoot application issues and escalate as required.
    Validate and provide responses to requests for information associated with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory requirements.
    Execute Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures and validation testing during planned exercises and unplanned outages, providing Business Continuity Management (BCM) evidence as required.
    Identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational efficiency.
    Partner with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to provide operational support input, production readiness reviews, and reliability best practices.
    Execute and support pre-production and production application deployments, vendor application upgrades, and change management activities in accordance with established procedures.
    Provide Enterprise Application Support (EAS) for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and compliance with established service level objectives.
    Utilize Git and Bitbucket for source code management activities, including reviewing repositories, managing branches, analyzing code changes, and supporting deployment processes.
    Leverage Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines to support automated application deployments, release management, environment validation, and operational troubleshooting.
    Monitor application health, investigate system performance issues, analyze logs, and coordinate resolution activities across infrastructure, middleware, database, and development teams.
    Participate in on-call support rotations and incident response activities, including high-severity production incidents and post-incident reviews.

    Qualifications
    Minimum of 6 years of experience in Application Support, Enterprise Application Support (EAS), Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related technology support functions.

    Strong understanding of Enterprise Application Support processes, incident management, problem management, change management, and release management practices.
    Hands-on experience with Git and Bitbucket, including repository management, branching strategies, pull requests, merge processes, and version control best practices.
    Experience supporting and troubleshooting Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD deployment processes.
    Experience working with application monitoring, alerting, log analysis, and performance management tools.
    Experience supporting cloud-based, SaaS, and on-premises applications in production environments.
    Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technology and business teams.
    Experience supporting Disaster Recovery testing, audit requests, compliance activities, and production release processes.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Experience supporting DevOps-enabled environments and CI/CD practices.
    Knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, PowerBi and related enterprise support tools.
    Experience supporting enterprise software platforms and business-critical applications in Financial Services or highly regulated environments.
    Familiarity with automation and scripting technologies such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
