Reportsto: Plant Manager

Cooperateswith: All Departments

PrimaryResponsibility: Provide production and administration support to MIRATECH's Maryville facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative and production support for the Maryville facility.
  • Assist in the creation of production paperwork and production traveler.
  • Handle material transactions for job orders in our ERP system.
  • Scanning and filing of completed production paperwork and pictures.
  • Help with inventory counts when needed.
  • Turning over daily production schedule.
Qualifications:
  • High school
  • Detail orientated with excellent oral and written skills.
  • Experience working as a production assistant is preferred.
  • Experience with the use of ERP; Syspro experience desired.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
