Full-Time | In-PersonInova Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented General Labor / Production Associate to join a growing production team. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a team-focused environment.Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret assembly instructions
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with team members to support production needs
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Participate in training and assist with other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
- Reliable, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
