    You would be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of finished product units by performing detailed inspections, identifying defects, and removing non-conforming products from each batch. This role plays a critical part in upholding quality standards and supporting the organization’s mission of improving the lives of animals and those who love them.

    The Basics

    Location: Albany, Ohio (onsite)
    Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time as a Temporary Employee
    Schedule: Pick your schedule ... minimum of 4 hours/week, or up to 40 hours/week ... Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM ... Project will start on September 14, 2026 and is anticipated to run through January 2027
    Compensation: $18.00 per hour 
    Benefits: Temporary Employee - Not Eligible for Benefits

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Visually inspect final container products (vials, syringes, ampules, etc.) for particles, defects, and irregularities
    • Segregate and flag non-conforming units per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
    • Document inspection results in batch records/quality systems
    • Report defects or anomalies to Quality personnel
    • Maintain a clean, organized inspection workstation
    • Follow gowning, safety, and cGMP requirements

    Qualifications

    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Ability to pass visual acuity screening (near vision, color discrimination)
    • Strong attention to detail; comfortable with repetitive tasks
    • Prior manufacturing/production experience is a plus, but not required
    • Extended standing/sitting at an inspection station
    • Ability to wear cleanroom gowning where required

    Pay Range

    $18 - $18USD
