Product Support Technician

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-time | Overtime Available | Some Travel Required
We are seeking a Product Support Technician to provide front line technical support for automated equipment and systems. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable, employee-focused company that values teamwork, customer service, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide front line technical customer support for automated equipment and systems.
- Resolve customer issues through phone support and remote troubleshooting.
- Document detailed case notes, including troubleshooting steps and customer interactions.
- Travel periodically to customer locations to perform repairs and provide refresher training.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
Additional Duties
- Follow established processes, procedures, and standard work instructions.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and support resources.
- Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Mechanical, electrical, or technical aptitude required.
- Experience with automation or technical equipment support is a plus but not required.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
