Pereless Systems is a fast growing, small company that provides on-demand Recruitment / Human Resources software to clients in all industries, both domestic and international. The Client Support Group is responsible for product support, training, implementation, account management, product release management, client communication and end user support services for our suite of web-based software products. This group has an immediate opening for a Product Support Specialist.

The Product Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for our clients. This position involves significant phone and web based software support activities. The successful candidate should possess a high level of professionalism and commitment to provide prompt and knowledgeable support to our end users. The position requires the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast based, technology environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Track and respond to client inquiries and requests via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot software product issues via phone and online resources
  • Track issues and requests to ensure timely response and follow up to clients
  • Responsible for improving customer retention through service provided to the customer
  • Configure training materials, implement and train end users on the use of our software products on-site and via online meeting resource
  • Effectively communicate with technical and sales staff regarding customer and product requests
  • Escalate critical technical issues to next tier support or management as necessary
  • Maintain a complete working knowledge of all company products and services

    Required Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a product or customer support role is preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required
    • Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and time management are essential
    • Knowledge of online meeting tools for support, implementation or training is a plus
    • Recruitment or talent management software knowledge preferred but not required
    • Must understand technical environments including Internet and Web-based services, Software as a Service (SaaS)
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office products and PC applications
    • Strong work ethic to handle multiple requests with execeptional follow-through.
    • Organization skills to track and monitor requests using web-base software tool.


      This position is located in our Red Bank, NJ corporate office and is not eligible for work sponsorship or relocation benefits.
