Your Sales Mission

As a Sales Consultant at BMW of Farmington Hills in Farmington Hills, MI, you’ll help turn curiosity into confidence—guiding guests through a standout vehicle-buying experience while building relationships that last. This full-time, onsite role offers earning potential of $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.

Key responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and uncover needs through strong, friendly communication
- Present vehicle options with clear product, performance, and safety knowledge
- Deliver polished walkarounds and test-drive experiences
- Use CRM/email tools to document activity and support ongoing client relationships
- Understand vehicle values, equity, and available finance products/programs
- Follow established processes through delivery and after-sale coordination

Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience)
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM and email)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your day kicks off on the showroom floor and sales lot—meeting new faces, sparking conversations, and keeping the pace upbeat. Between guests, you’ll stay sharp on the newest BMW features and updates so you can speak with confidence when questions fly. You’ll move from product walkarounds to test drives, then back to your workstation to log notes, send timely follow-ups, and keep your client list organized. As deals come together, you’ll coordinate the next steps, double-check details in dealership systems, and help ensure deliveries feel seamless and memorable. You’ll also help keep the showroom presentation crisp, inviting, and ready for the next opportunity.
