- Build a personal book of business by following up with internet and phone inquiries.
- Conduct test drives and clearly explain advanced vehicle tech, warranties, and perks.
- Stay connected after the sale to ensure continued satisfaction & understanding.
- Represent Diamond Buick GMC with professionalism, accountability, and care.
What We Are Looking For:
- Attitude Over Experience: Previous auto sales experience is great, but hospitality, retail, or military backgrounds excel here!
- Tech-Savvy Communicator: Comfortable using smartphones to send text follow-ups and record quick video messages.
- Driven Mindset: A resilient, self-motivated worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean Record: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
