Product Specialist - Plano, TX - Contract - $22-32 per HR

Join our team in the Plano, TX region for a contract role focusing on product analysis and quality improvement in a fully onsite setting. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in generic office software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for evaluating product performance and implementing continuous improvement measures.

Description

• Perform in-depth analysis for product quality sensing on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor new model quality performance and compare with benchmarks.
• Coordinate and present reports to various teams.
• Conduct evaluations and testing for product and service quality improvement.
• Analyze and identify root causes and corrective actions for product issues.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product quality data and trends.
• Monitor and track quality case issues.
• Manage theme cards for quality issues until resolved.
• Retrieve parts and units for analysis.
• Provide technical advice and insights to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, math, or business-related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in analytics-focused roles.
• Proficient in generic office software for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and design processes.
