The Product Specialist II supports the Liquid Product Manager in the execution and day-to-day management of assigned technology portfolios within the General Industrial Division. The role serves as a key connection among Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Technical Service, Marketing, Sales, Product Stewardship, and external suppliers. The Product Specialist II combines product expertise, portfolio analytics, and hands-on project coordination to support business performance and reliable execution.
This position also supports the General Industrial Aftermarket business, including aerosol and touch-up product lines serving heavy-equipment customers. The role emphasizes product-line management, portfolio simplification, profitability improvement, supply continuity, accurate product information, and responsive support for new and existing customers.
This is an onsite position reporting to our downtown Minneapolis, MN office five days per week.
