Interacts with clients to execute complex product transactions that generate significant revenue. Works under direction of more senior associates.Perform financial and statistical analyses, conduct research, and prepare support documentation and client presentation materials. Works under direction of more senior associates.Business OverviewThe Regional Loan Syndications group originates and executes club syndicated bank loans for Commercial Banking clients and prospects. The team partners closely with the Commercial Bank, Enterprise Credit, Middle Market Leveraged Finance and Regional Investment Banking to drive new Bank of America led syndicated loans and corresponding ancillary business.*This position can office in the following locations: Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Dallas, or DenverResponsibilitiesPerform financial and statistical analysisConduct research and prepare support documentation and client presentation materialDevelopment/Maintenance of Regional Loan Syndication comparative transactionsAssist with quarterly/periodic data reporting and analysisPreparation of quarterly business updatesAssist with logistical and operational tasks associated with lender meetings and loan closingsWorks under the direction of more senior associatesRequired SkillsDemonstrates initiative/self-motivation/capacity to learnPossesses strong interpersonal skillsPossesses strong analytical and modeling skillsPossesses understanding of corporate financial statementsPossesses understanding of financial covenants and basic structuring; familiar with credit agreementsDemonstrates strong critical thinkingDemonstrates the ability to independently make decisionsLicensing required - Series 79 & 63 (will support the employee through registration process if needed)Desired SkillsCommercial Credit experience recommendedSkills:Analytical ThinkingCustomer and Client FocusFinancial Forecasting and ModelingFinancial ManagementRisk ManagementCausation AnalysisClient ManagementMarket AnalysisPresentation SkillsRelationship BuildingData ManagementProject ManagementResult OrientationEducational RequirementsUndergraduate degree required.
