    Pre-Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree required 
    •  1 year of experience in customer service, support, success, onboarding, account management, or a related field preferred 
    •  Strong verbal and written communication skills 
    •  Fluent in English with good grammar and spelling 
    •  Able to explain complex topics in a simple way 
    •  Strong people skills and professionalism 
    •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
    •  Comfortable using computers and software 
    •  Able to work well with customers and internal teams 
    Preferred Qualifications

    •  Interest in software and customer relationship management 
    •  Ability to understand and explain workflow-based software 
    •  Experience in onboarding, implementation, client education, account support, or customer success 
    •  Friendly and polished professional presence 
    •  Passion for helping customers grow with the product
    Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
