Manage to enhance service guide/contents for products and functions and providing improvements.
Working independently, translation of complex functional & technical requirement is required, maintaining upcoming technical knowledge is a must
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain technical knowledge within Samsung Home Appliance and Electronic Products Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.
- Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality
Skills:
- Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different group within Samsung.
- Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis.
- Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.
Education/Experience:
- Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2-3 years experience preferred
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills
