    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).

    • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

    • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

    • Experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

    • Experience in operations management (e.g., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).

    • Experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.

    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues by gathering information, identifying potential causes, and testing solutions.

    • Ability to read technical documentation and clearly communicate technical issues and findings to team members.

    As a Product Solutions Engineer, you will be the go-to technical expert for our customer support and logistics platforms. Your mission is to ensure these systems are stable, scalable, and efficient. You will develop solutions that directly help customers find answers on their own, reducing support calls, and take full responsibility for our internal support and bug-tracking infrastructure, making it more reliable and easier to manage. You will streamline the technical process for adding new shipping partners and expanding to new countries, and free up other engineering teams by managing technical configurations, troubleshooting, and bug fixes, allowing them to focus on core projects. You will also help us migrate to a new, modern technology platform and manage it post-launch.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $127,000-$183,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
    • Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide meaningful feedback to Product/Engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
    • Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met.
    • Create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure their effective documentation. Develop and manage a streamlined technical process for onboarding new logistics partners and expanding to new countries.
    • Write solution code in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with engineering to brainstorm and propose technical solutions to reduce known contact drivers.
