As a Product Sales Manager, Higher Education youll partner closely with our Academic Field Sales team to drive growth across the Midwest and West market, selling best-in-class solutions within our Research & Analytics portfolio. Youll play a critical role in bringing products like Web of Science, Web of Science Research Intelligence (our newest go-to-market platform), InCites, Pivot-RP, and more to universitieshelping institutions advance research, teaching, and assessment initiatives.
This is a highly collaborative, growth-focused role where youll own product-led sales strategy, build a strong pipeline, increase deal sizes, and drive cross-sell expansion within existing Academic customerswhile also supporting selective new logo acquisition. Reporting to the Director of Research & Analytics Sales, Americas, youll work alongside Account Managers and key commercial partners to execute impactful sales strategies and deliver meaningful results.

About the Team
Youll be joining a highly focused, impact-driven Academia & Government Product Sales team dedicated to helping universities unlock the full power of research intelligence. This team partners closely with Academic Sales to bring trusted, world-class research and analytics solutions to institutions that are shaping the future of education and discovery.
Reporting to the Director, Research & Analytics Product Sales for Academic Markets, youll be part of a tight-knit, seven-member team that values collaboration, curiosity, and shared success. The work is strategic, fast-moving, and deeply connected to our customers missionsmaking this a standout opportunity to influence growth while supporting the academic community in meaningful ways.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed
This is a remote position with travel up to 50% within the Central and Mountain states. High travel January May and then again Mid-September through November
