Itcomprisesbusiness intelligence, performance management tools and tele operations solutions, innovativecardiology ITanddigital pathology.

Responsibilities:

Drivingrevenue growthand achieving businessobjectivesforourDigital & Automation imaging IT solutions across assigned territory, accounts,andhealth networksystems
Possessing deep domain knowledge of healthcareITand imaging IT
Establishing andmaintainingdeepknowledgeofclinicalITworkflows for Radiology, Cardiology and Pathology
Providing consultative sales supportto address customer needs through thesale and adoption of ourDiagnostic ImagingDigital and Automation solutions.
Developingandmaintainingmeaningfulrelationships with keyinternal and externalstakeholders within your assignedterritory.
Establishing and cultivating ahealthyfunnel of opportunities.
Guiding the development and execution of strategic account plans.
Maintainingaccuratesales projectionsand transparencyduringforecast reviews

Leadership & People Excellence:

Together with Team, provide effective Customer Solutions and drive high Customer Satisfaction.
Provide oversight with ownership of deals & the sales process, sales tools, accountability, and drive individual and team success.
Strategic, Clinical/Business Partner to the Zone and the Business Lines:
Drive Customer focus within the organization and initiate / contribute to planning of Customer related product development measures or the setup of Customer related projects.
Support strategic key Customers business development when needed.
Demonstrate a high degree of understanding of market dynamics,opportunitiesand risks. Provide excellence in win/loss reporting, trending, and solution development for future deals.
Capture competitive conversions, own installed base management including CDV and RS and the mindshare of the general salesforce inassigned territory.
Drive Share quality excellencethroughuseofCRM data to improve market strategies andeffectiveness.
Create transparency to forecast andachievement ofbusiness line specific goals.
Provide support for must-win/multi-unit/multi-modality deals.
Collaborate on Customeraccount strategywithAccount Executives, Key Account Executives,RVPs, SCA Manager, Federal Account Managers, and Service teams.
Responsible for climbing the Customer ladder to help drive customer satisfaction.

Education

Associate/Bachelor'sdegree in Radiology/Imaging,IT, Health Informatics,Business, Marketing, or a related field, plus5+ years' experience in a clinical or sales environment, with preferred experience sellinghealthcare IT solutionsinto clinical/hospital environments; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Skills Required:

BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidates will have 5+ years Healthcare/Imaging IT sales experience to a hospital call point.
Demonstrates a capacity to sell in complex environments.
Experience carrying large quotas and working with long sales cycles as well as demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding those quotas.
Must have experience working with salesquotas,forecasting.
Successfultrack recordof meeting and exceeding sales goals

Skills Preferred

Professional experience in a major Healthcare Imaging organizationor Enterprise Imaging IT company, preferably in both sales and product management.
Demonstrate advanced understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.
