PAY RATE: $78.25/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary: 

• Apply engineering design principles to develop solutions for production and in-service issues

• Perform and support root cause analysis and draft dispositions for non-conformances

• Assist in preparing technical communications and documentation

• Analyze fleet and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

• Support identification of deviations impacting design intent and safety

• Participate in Material Review Boards (MRB) and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)

• Assist in designing interim structural repairs to restore original strength capability

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

• Level 4:

  • 9+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR

  • 7+ years with a Master’s degree, OR

  • Equivalent experience with a PhD

• Candidates must be open to working either 1st or 2nd shift (assigned at offer)

• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
