Title: Product Owners
Location:Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 9 Months Contract (Possibilities of extension or conversion)


Position Overview

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Product Execution Analyst to support a high-impact product team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in product ownership, product management, or business analysis who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

You will act as a key liaison between business, operations, risk, and technology teams—ensuring product initiatives are clearly defined, effectively communicated, and successfully executed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, and technology to support product execution
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical and operational teams
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, working sessions, and cross-functional meetings
  • Manage and track requirements, user stories, and deliverables within Jira
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively drive resolution
  • Support change management efforts tied to product enhancements and process improvements
  • Ensure alignment across teams and maintain momentum in a fast-paced delivery environment
  • Manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines effectively

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis
  • Prior experience within financial services (banking, payments, or related domain)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools
  • Ability to interpret, document, and cascade requirements effectively
  • Experience supporting or participating in change management initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to payments, SWIFT, or transaction processing environments
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams
