Contract to Hire, Possible Direct Hire Position. Targeting $50-$60 per hour if while on contract; $105-$120k annually

Hybrid position; onsite Tues and Thurs in Cenntenial, CO

Healthcare background is highly preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, product management, marketing, technology, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in a product owner, product manager, or equivalent role delivering digital products, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and owning delivery of organization-wide or enterprise digital platforms end to end.
  • Two (2) or more years operating within a defined PDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery environment, partnering directly with software engineering teams.

Top Skills Needed:

  • Agile/Scrum & PDLC execution - driving end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch
  • Backlog ownership & product management - prioritizing work, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
  • Technical web & integration fluency - working with CMS, APIs, and engineering teams to deliver solutions
  • Cross-functional leadership & communication - aligning stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Data-driven optimization & experimentation - using analytics, A/B testing, and metrics to improve outcomes
