We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of the Scale-Up Suite software portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of innovative software solutions that support scientists and engineers around the world.

As Product Owner, you'll work closely with customers, commercial teams, subject matter experts, and software developers to define product strategy, prioritise development, and deliver meaningful solutions that create real business value.

Drive Product Strategy

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and help shape future product direction.

Own the Product Lifecycle

• Manage the complete software product lifecycle from concept through release and continuous improvement.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear user stories and actionable development plans.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Act as the key link between customers, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Facilitate decision-making and align cross-functional teams around shared priorities.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive ongoing enhancements.

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritise competing requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
• Experience within a SaaS or software-driven business environment.
• Experience working with technical or scientific software products.
• Willingness and ability to travel worldwide; up to 15%
