Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst
Location: Horsham or Bucks County, PA  if not, Titusville, NJ -Hybrid 
Duration: Long Term Contract 

Job description

• Need a business analyst / product owner who understands tech AND business – can be responsible for one expansive project that understands a deep understanding of ONE team, and not a broad
• Sits between business and development team – the bridge
• Solicits business requirements – getting a good understanding of what the content, how to shape and design platform
• Translate user requirements for development team and manage the lifecycle
• Supply chain is mandatory – pharma exp is preferred but not mandatory
• Candidate should be more senior who does not need hand-holding and can do a deep dive

Function as overseeing the dev team. Continue to check if development team is delivering.
Get into oversight that things are being done.

Details of the Project ( has been one year since development)
Phase 1 - almost at the end, by Dec
• Provide visibility
• Develop metrics, KPIs and automate so that it can be accessed by anyone in org

Phase 2 – starting this year
• Build online visibility and derive insights from metrics
• If metrics are trending in wrong direction – time to identify what is wrong
• Need actionable solutions

Phase 3 – year after
• Driving improvements
