Description :
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in product management and ownership, demonstrating a deep understanding of agile principles and practices. This role is critical in driving product vision, strategy, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities :
· Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
· Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product goals.
· Utilize safe principles to facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first.
· Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future iterations and enhancements.
· Work closely with cross functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
· Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills:
· Strong knowledge and experience as a safe product owner/product manager.
· Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles in an agile environment.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly safe.
· Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with tools such as jira, confluence, or similar project management software.
· Familiarity with ux/ui principles and user centered design practices.
· Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
· Experience in working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
· Safe product owner/product manager certification is a must.
· 15+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with a focus on agile methodologies.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making.
· Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
