    Product Owner – Record-to-Report (RTR) / Finance Systems
     
    Primary Location: San Jose, CA
     
     
    V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Product Owner – Record-to-Report (RTR) / Finance Systems for our premier client in San Jose, CA.
     
     
    Education and Experience:
     
    • 12+ years of experience, with strong Product Owner / Business Product Management experience.
    • Experience with Finance ERP transformation and enterprise systems.
     
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
     
    • Strong understanding of financial data, integrations, controls, and reporting.
    • Deep knowledge of RTR and Finance/Accounting processes.
    • Drive UAT, business readiness, adoption, and implementation of new capabilities.
    • Manage stakeholders and communicate roadmap, priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
    • Operate effectively within an Agile/Scrum delivery model, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Proven Agile/Scrum experience.
    • Lead requirements across General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Period Close, Consolidation, Financial Reporting, and Reconciliation.
    • Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
    • Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, controls, and improved financial reporting.
     
     
    Good to Have
     
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations.
    • SAP, Oracle Financials, or other enterprise Finance platform experience.
    • Experience in Finance transformation, ERP modernization, or consolidation.
    • Product Owner / Agile certifications.
