    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a deep understanding of customer, associate, business processes, and value stream goals
    • Translate business goals into detailed technical tasks, acceptance criteria, and documentation
    • Create and continuously refine process flows, journey maps, conceptual models, and product requirements aligned with evolving user and business needs
    • Partner with architects, engineers, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive technical delivery
    • Prioritize tasks to maximize business value
    • Support product discovery and solution validation through business case development and early technical feasibility analysis
    • Ensure solutions align with architecture and security standards
    • Collaborate with UX teams to conduct user research and leverage data insights to evaluate product solutions
    • Participate in sprint ceremonies and drive backlog grooming
    • Ensure delivered work meets business expectations and defined acceptance criteria
    • Evaluate technical trade-offs and guide design decisions
    • Measure success using business KPIs and customer feedback
    • Monitor platform stability, technical debt, and system enhancements
    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Strong analytical and communication skills with understanding of business process design
    • Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and DevOps practices
    • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
    • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
    • Recommended experience: 3-5 years
