    Job Description:
    The Product Owner will support the development and expansion of a B2B and B2C automotive Parts eCommerce platform. The role will work across business, UX, engineering, architecture, data and operations to define requirements, prioritize the backlog and deliver capabilities that improve the customer and dealer parts-purchasing experience.
    The Product Owner may support one or more areas, including product catalog and fitment, PIM, dealer-system integrations, pricing, checkout, order management, fulfillment and returns.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Translate the Parts eCommerce vision and roadmap into epics, features, user stories and measurable outcomes.
    • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, revenue impact, technical feasibility and business priorities.
    • Collaborate with product leadership, engineering, UX, architecture, supply chain, sales, dealers and customer-service teams.
    • Define requirements for product catalog, search, VIN-based fitment, parts compatibility and supersessions.
    • Support the integration of product information from PIM and content-syndication platforms into digital-commerce experiences.
    • Define requirements across pricing, promotions, checkout, payment, credit terms, fulfillment, backorders and returns.
    • Support dealer and wholesale workflows, including dealer inventory, emergency orders, replenishment and customer-specific pricing.
    • Define requirements for integrations with DMS, ERP, PDC inventory and other back-office platforms.
    • Prepare clear product-requirement documents, user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, demonstrations and retrospectives.
    • Define and monitor product KPIs and incorporate customer and dealer feedback into the roadmap.


    Required Experience
    • Five or more years of Product Owner, Product Manager or related digital-product experience.
    • Experience delivering B2B or B2C eCommerce products.
    • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog management, user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Understanding of catalog, search, pricing, checkout, orders, fulfillment and returns.
    • Experience working with APIs, system integrations and cross-functional engineering teams.
    • Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and communication skills.
    Preferred Experience
    • Automotive parts, aftermarket, fleet, dealership or commercial-vehicle experience.
    • Knowledge of VIN decoding, parts fitment, compatibility or supersessions.
    • Experience with Spryker, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, BigCommerce or another composable-commerce platform.
    • Experience with PIM platforms such as Syndigo, Salsify, Informatica or Akeneo.
    • Familiarity with DMS/ERP platforms such as CDK, Procede, Karmak or SAP.
    • Knowledge of EDI, Punchout/cXML/OCI, Ariba or Coupa.
    • Experience with wholesale pricing, rebates, credit terms, core charges or parts-return workflows.
    • Candidates with strong experience in any of the following specializations should be considered:
    • Catalog, VIN fitment and PIM
    • Commerce and order management
    • Dealer, DMS and B2B integrations
