Education and Experience:
 

• 12+ years of experience, with strong Product Owner / Business Product Management experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of OTC and Finance processes.

• Experience delivering Finance/ERP/CRM transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and influencing skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations.
• Experience with ERP/CRM transformation or system consolidation.
• Product Owner / Agile certifications.

• Product Owner – Record-to-Report (RTR) / Finance Systems / Product Owner – AR / Finance Systems
