Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking to fill an iOS Developer opening for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 5 months Primary Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality iOS applications and features. Translate business and customer requirements into effective mobile application solutions. Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in collaboration with Product Owners, UX teams, and other stakeholders. Participate in Agile team activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, customer journeys, and application functionality. Prioritize development activities and contribute to backlog refinement based on product strategy and customer needs. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure quality, performance, security, and reliability. Participate in code reviews and promote mobile development best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure solutions adhere to applicable risk, regulatory, security, and internal control standards. Complete other related duties as assigned. Scope of Responsibilities: Serve as an experienced iOS development resource supporting a large product or set of products. Collaborate with Product Owners, UX professionals, business partners, and Agile delivery teams. Contribute to product design, development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Apply Agile and Lean principles throughout the software development lifecycle. Focus on delivering quality outcomes that provide value to customers and align with business strategy. Analyze complex technical and business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence outcomes through collaboration and technical expertise. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: No direct management responsibility. This is an individual contributor role requiring effective collaboration, accountability, technical ownership, and the ability to influence outcomes within an Agile environment. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of business, analytical, technical, software development, or related experience; or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 10 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Strong experience developing native iOS applications. Proficiency with Swift and the iOS SDK. Experience with Xcode, Git, debugging, testing, and mobile application development practices. Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes. Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Education and Experience Preferred: Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale iOS applications. Experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, networking, and mobile application integrations. Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and mobile application deployment processes. Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX/UI teams, and business stakeholders. Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices. Understanding of product design and development best practices. Experience working with customer journey mapping and digital capabilities. Experience with application security and secure mobile development practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a highly regulated or financial services environment is a plus. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $51.67 - $86.11/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
