Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner E2E Software CRM++ & Sales Automation to join our team onsite in Houston, TX. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex CRM++ ecosystems and software entitlement platforms. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution by translating high-level vision into clear, actionable user stories, managing cross-functional backlogs, and ensuring seamless execution across transactional, contractual, and provisioning lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Entitlements Lifecycle Management: Own and drive the complete entitlements lifecycle from initial License purchase to Order execution, System Provisioning, and ongoing Renewals.
- CRM++ Platform Ownership: Direct product features and integrations across the core HP CRM++ ecosystem, including Salesforce (SFDC), Wolf, WXP, Neuron, and Amplify platforms.
- Transactional & Contractual Alignment: Map and optimize high-volume transactional flows and contractual engines across BRIM, Tera, and Apollo architectures.
- Master Data & Customer 360: Partner with Data Governance teams (MDM/MADO) to ensure single-source-of-truth accuracy across Customer 360 views and enterprise master data assets.
- Backlog & Agile Execution: Author clear, developer-ready user stories following the INVEST matrix and Gherkin (BDD) criteria; prioritize product features using RICE, MoSCoW, and WSJF frameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the functional domain expert across Sales Automation, Operations, and IT, facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and system reviews.
Required Qualifications & Expertise
- Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) required.
- Entitlements Domain Mastery: Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end entitlements lifecycles (License Order Provisioning Renewal).
- Enterprise Architecture & Data: Hands-on understanding of enterprise platforms (BRIM, Tera, Apollo) and enterprise Master Data Governance (MDM / MADO / Customer 360).
- Agile Craftsmanship: Expertise writing detailed user stories utilizing Gherkin syntax (Given/When/Then) and applying INVEST principles.
- Prioritization Models: Mastery of quantitative prioritization methodologies including WSJF, RICE, and MoSCoW.
- Work Requirement: 100% Onsite presence in Houston, TX.
