Title: Product Owner CRM Specialist

Position Description
RCM Technologies is seeking a skilled and proactive Product Owner CRM Specialist to join our team for a contract in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, serving as the subject matter expert for our client's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
You will translate complex business needs into clear product roadmaps and actionable Agile backlogs while working closely with bilingual cross-functional teams to drive system optimization, streamline workflows, and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Roadmap: Define, articulate, and maintain the CRM product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Backlog Management: Own, groom, and prioritize the Product Backlog. Write detailed user stories, define clear acceptance criteria, and ensure sprint readiness.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business end-users, and technical delivery teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and report progress.
- Agile Collaboration: Lead product scope decisions during Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Review and accept/reject completed sprint increments against the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Value Optimization: Analyze user feedback, operational workflows, and CRM metrics to prioritize high-impact feature enhancements.
Qualifications
- Agile Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or managing enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or HubSpot).
- Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal), capable of interfacing across local operational teams and technical leads.
- Industry Experience: Direct experience within the Healthcare, Health Insurance, or Life Sciences sector (familiarity with HIPAA, GxP, or local health regulations). Preferred.
Education & Certifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365. Plus.
