Job Overview
The client is seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Business Systems Analysis experience in large enterprise environments.
The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into clear functional/business requirements and working closely with architects, developers, data engineers, QA, and AI teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Backlog Management
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Conduct backlog refinement
- Participate in sprint planning
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Support production releases
- Ensure requirements are clear and actionable for development teams
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders
- Elicit, analyze, refine, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional/business requirements
- Perform detailed requirement analysis
- Conduct data analysis
- Perform business/process mapping
- Identify business and process gaps
Stakeholder Management
- Establish strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Provide executive-level communication when required
- Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
