We are looking for a Product Owner

We are seeking a hands-on Product Owner to lead an Agile development team delivering high-quality, AI-enabled products. This person will bridge the business and engineering teams, with the technical depth to work directly alongside developers, understand technical challenges, and help drive solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Scrum team as Product Owner and provide clear product vision and direction.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, epics, and user stories.
• Partner closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
• Get into the technical details, understand implementation tradeoffs, and help remove roadblocks.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Leverage AI tools and help identify opportunities to incorporate AI into products and workflows.
• Quickly develop strong business and product knowledge and become a trusted resource for the team.
• Lead backlog refinement, iteration planning, and story elaboration.

Requirements:

• Previous Product Owner experience in a software development environment.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working directly with engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or working with AI-enabled products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to learn complex business domains quickly and proactively seek information.
• Comfortable working onsite at least 3 days per week alongside the development team.
