Position Summary

The AI Agent Product Owner / Prototyping Lead - Content Validation will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered agents focused on validating marketing and content assets across the Content Supply Chain. This role combines product ownership, business process transformation, AI solution design, and hands-on prototyping to accelerate content quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate can operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on builder, rapidly delivering working solutions while partnering with business stakeholders, AI engineers, content teams, and technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI agents supporting content validation use cases.
• Analyze existing content review and approval processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and prototype AI agents that perform:

o Content quality validation

o Brand compliance checks

o Regulatory and legal review assistance

o Metadata validation

o Accessibility validation

o Content consistency and accuracy reviews

• Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct rapid proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate AI agent effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
• Establish performance metrics and success criteria for agent-driven validation workflows.
• Monitor agent performance and continuously improve outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change adEligible to workion.
