Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.

Our Product Security organization integrates data protection directly into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) through cross-functional partnerships, while our Cybersecurity organization defends Google's global workforce and infrastructure against sophisticated threats at AI scale.
As the Product Operations Lead, you will sit at the intersection of these critical missions, translating complex strategy into operational excellence.
In this role, you will lead operations for the Cybersecurity and Data Protection team. You will establish the rhythm of the business, drive execution, and partner closely with the Product Management Organization's Chief of Staff and Project Management Organization (PMO) leads. As a team-multiplier, you will design the reusable processes and infrastructure that enable our product teams to build fast and safely. You will collaborate cross-functionally to evolve our development lifecycle and align on shared goals across Google.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $150000 - $218000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
