    Job Description:

    The Product Management Senior Analyst is responsible for the effective management of a product, program or channels within the UPS Portfolio. He / She participates in market research, and product, program or channel management to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies. He / She is responsible for supporting a particular product / channel by gathering information and performing analyses used to assess the performance of UPS's products, channels, services, and value propositions. The Product Management Senior Analyst develops routine and ad-hoc product performance reports, performs defined maintenance activities for support infrastructure and materials, supports seasonal operating plan analysis and development, and develops content in support of field training and communications.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of GTM initiatives for the UPS Premier product, including detailed launch plans, campaign execution, and KPI measurement to drive measurable growth.
    • Build clear, data-driven marketing plans and present them to internal stakeholders to secure alignment and accelerate execution.
    • Serve as a UPS Premier product subject matter expert, ensuring accurate product positioning, refining strategies as market conditions evolve, and keeping initiatives aligned to business objectives.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Segment Analysts, Pricing, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to translate customer insights into actionable GTM strategies.
    • Conduct situational and competitive assessments researching industry information and field feedback to identify trends and uncover new market opportunities.
    • Create compelling, customer-centric marketing materials-including first-call decks, sales sheets, and value messaging-that equip the sales team to engage prospects effectively and convert opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
    • Proven experience developing, implementing, and presenting marketing tools and GTM plans preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience in Healthcare is preferred.
    • This role requires strategic thinking and cross functional leadership to deliver targeted, insight-driven growth for the UPS Premier Product.

    This role is based at one of the UPS Campus locations and requires regular on-site presence. The company does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must currently reside within the same geographic area as the selected campus or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
