Product Marketing Manager, TikTok One

TikTok One (TTO) is TikTok s official all-in-one platform for brand-creator partnerships. Built for brands, creators, media agencies, creative partners, MCNs and API partners, it features four core collaboration modes: Creator Marketing, Creator Content at Scale, Partner Exchange and Content Suite. The platform streamlines the full partnership lifecycle-from creator sourcing and campaign management to payment settlement and performance analytics. It is developed by the Global Monetization Product and Technology-Creative team.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Market Strategy & GTM Execution: Lead end-to-end go-to-market deployment for the TikTok One product suite across key sales territories. Craft data and insight-backed GTM strategies covering product positioning, core value propositions, and channel strategy mix. Synchronize cross-regional execution and take full ownership of key business outcomes, including product adoption rate and creator payment volume.
2. Ecosystem Development & Market Education: Build scalable best practices and official playbooks for TikTok brand-creator partnerships and TikTok One adoption, and deliver structured market education for advertisers and creators via case libraries, workshops and targeted initiatives to drive higher product awareness and stronger market traction.
3. Product Iteration & Feedback Loop: Consolidate feedback from sales, brands, partners and creators to refine product requirements. Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned product modules from alpha/beta testing to mass rollout, and drive execution of product roadmap iterations.
4. Measurement Framework & Performance Analysis: Build measurement frameworks and brand health KPIs, strengthen data infrastructure. Leverage data analytics to inform investment decisions and marketing optimisation. Communicate business insights clearly to cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders and balance resource allocation between short-term performance and long-term brand building. Minimum Qualifications:
   • 3+ years of experience in creator marketing or product marketing and operations
   • Proven global GTM experience (mature markets such as the US preferred) with verifiable success cases required.
   • Excellent communication, cross-team coordination, problem-framing, project management and data analytics capabilities
   • Able to proactively identify risks and align multiple stakeholders to deliver business goals.
