Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to direct, manage, and contribute to the work activities and resources associated with key strategic initiatives revolving around product development, commercialization, and portfolio optimization. Work cross-functionally across departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain) to accelerate product development, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability across the HASA product portfolio. Plays a vital role in identifying, developing, launching, and optimizing products that materially impact the business, including core chemical offerings and ancillary products. Establishes standardized product frameworks, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches to ensure consistent execution and measurable EBITDA contribution.
This role will deploy industry and subject matter expertise and works cross-functionally to direct and manage initiatives that materially improve the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and commercialization.
- Lead new product development initiatives.
- Develop financial models covering revenue, margin, and EBITDA impact.
- Define pricing strategy, cost targets, and margin optimization opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis, including TAM sizing, the competitive landscape, and demand trends.
- Identify and execute SKU rationalization opportunities across ancillary products.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and customer adoption plans.
- Work with Operations and Supply Chain to align production capabilities and cost efficiencies.
- Develop and implement product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Support marketing initiatives with technical product expertise and content direction.
- Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead pilot programs and phased product rollouts.
- Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Drive the innovation pipeline and prioritize initiatives based on strategic and financial impact.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in product management, strategy, or related field
- Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, industrial products, or adjacent industries.
- Proven experience in new product development and commercialization
- Strong background in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Knowledge of the recreational water or pool chemical industry.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen (revenue, margin, EBITDA focus)
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
- Proficient in strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Sound business judgment and decision-making capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools

- Some out-of-area and overnight travel is expected.
