Description:

• End-to-end event logistics management: Direct all operational aspects of multi-format events (receptions, roundtables, summits/forums, salon dinners, booths, and more) from initial sourcing and vendor negotiation to on-site execution. Develop and manage detailed production timelines, master run-of-show documents, and floor plans.
• Detailed project management: Develop and maintain thorough workback plans, managing progress on day-to-day deliverables and managing internal stakeholders.
• Agency management: Serve as the main point of contact / liaison between client and our trusted event production / creative agencies.
• Event Budget ownership: Build, track, and reconcile event budgets, ensuring all production elements stay within financial parameters while maximizing ROI.
