Product Manager with AI Tools

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data engineering processes.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is critical.

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager, with knowledge of the modern data space.

• Work experience

• Must have experience building and launching products 0 to 1 for technical users.

• Experience as a PM in an early stage startup (ideally Seed - Series B).

• Worked on native GenAI products, not just AI features layered on existing products.

• Previous experience as a data engineer.

• Education: Technical degree in math, computer science, or similar (important for more junior candidates)

• Deep understanding of the modern data stack (e.g., ELT, warehousing, orchestration, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, etc.)

• Uses AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) in daily workflows.

• Knowledge of AI tech (LLMs, RAG architectures, AI evaluation).
