Join Rabobank’s Structured Inventory Products (“SIP”) team to deliver innovative, sustainable working capital solutions around inventories—collaborating closely with clients and a team of structured finance professionals while gaining deep expertise in commodity markets and complex inventory flows.
"What I appreciate the most about SIP is the freedom around the structuring process. Each transaction is truly bespoke requiring the team to consider complex moving elements, whether driven by the client’s unique circumstances or the nature of the commodity/inventory itself. This makes regional and global collaboration important, and never boring".
As an Associate or VP - SIP Product Manager you will be successful working together with senior product managers and clients to market solutions for their working capital needs around inventories, applying a risk-conscious mindset and sustainability principles while collaborating with a diverse team of colleagues.
SIP is a globally leading business line that provides working capital financing for Rabobank’s Wholesale clients by temporarily taking ownership of commodities and other eligible inventory. As a SIP Product Manager, you will partner with coverage bankers to market approved SIP products to North American Wholesale clients and prospects.
Your role ensures that all marketing activities align with the VCF Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) and the VCF Global Procedure on SIP. This includes executing the VCF and SIP strategy in full compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to SIP and VCF in North America and globally.
