Embed the product into user workflows, partnering with users and stakeholders to understand how they work today and making our capabilities a natural part of that process rather than an extra step. Gather and synthesize user feedback into actionable requirements, translating fuzzy needs into scoped, well-defined work. Use analytics to prioritize improvements, monitoring adoption and engagement to determine what to build next and to measure whether changes landed. Represent the product with cross-functional team members, acting as a clear and credible point of contact for engineering, design, data science, and business partners. Oversee production ticket resolution, triaging incoming issues, setting priority alongside engineering, and tracking them through to closure.
