    Your responsibilities

    To work closely with the Olympus Urology Business Unit to analyse the market for medical devices and solutions within the Urology product portfolio. Partnering with the Senior Manager to support the creation and dissemination of an effective marketing and sales strategy and implementing this to achieve the greatest return on investment from Olympus resources. This will be achieved by working closely with multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Professional Education, Legal and Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (QARA) and taking ownership of the go to market model. Coordinating product lifecycle management for the portfolio, including product introduction and discontinuation, delivery of product related training to the salesforce and Olympus customer base, and planning / product forecasting. • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your product/clinical area, taking ownership for all aspects of your product or solution portfolio and providing information, support and training for Territory Managers and other colleagues. • You will be responsible for creating and executing the BU specific 3 year plan, working closely with the RBUD, and will have responsibility for execution of the go to market model and effective communication of this to the sales teams and wider commercial functions. • Drive key account engagement serving as a sponsor for our Olympus Healthcare Professional Experts (HCPEs). Identifying and maintaining details of HCPEs, relevant Healthcare Organisations and professionals working within the relevant product/clinical speciality and in collaboration with Territory Managers, create an engagement plan. • Proactively lead on communicating BU Specific 3 year plan to internal stakeholders e.g. Professional Education, Pricing, Legal etc on topics including (but not excusive to) pricing, professional education, sales enablement tools etc. • Representing the company in customer facing environments including hospitals, clinical procedure rooms, congresses and events. • Supporting engagement with Healthcare Professional Experts (HCPEs) to enable identification of and provide feedback on unmet needs. • Lead on the company's customer facing activities at key congresses, events and courses where appropriate • Support for tender, bids and framework agreement submissions • Professionally liaising with suppliers, both verbally and in writing, to obtain and maintain all relevant information required for the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems introduction, change and discontinuation procedures • Coordinate product introductions, including effective and professional communication of product position, key sales messages, marketing strategy and competitive environment to the sales teams and company through written communication and presenting in informal and formal environments • Responsible for management of the product discontinuation process including ensuring effective communication to internal and external customers.
