Job Description

Product Manager, Upstream Marketing- Advanced Imaging (Plymouth, MN / Bedford, MA)

Drive upstream marketing for sustaining and lifecycle programs for Advanced Imaging portfolio (hardware, software, and catheter), and support execution of selected next generation programs, by representing the voice of the customer and partnering with Sr. Product Managers, Engineering, Regulatory, and Quality to add business and customer value in procedures for coronary artery disease.

Your role:

  • Manage product lifecycle changes across the sustaining portfolio, including component obsolescence, cost-reduction initiatives, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and incremental product improvements or regional updates. Monitor portfolio economics and prioritize actions that maintain the performance, reliability, and clinical value of HyperVue Advanced Imaging solutions.
  • Manage the software sustaining backlog and release roadmap for Advanced Imaging on the HyperVue platform, in alignment with Sr. Product Manager priorities. Coordinate software releases addressing defects, cybersecurity updates, usability improvements, and other needs associated with released product.
  • Support execution of selected next-generation programs by contributing customer, market, and competitive insights to product line strategy, technology roadmaps, and product requirements. Partner with Senior Product Managers and cross-functional teams to evaluate trade-offs, maintain alignment with portfolio priorities, and advance defined program deliverables.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 2+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
  • Your skills include translating customer feedback, complaint, and other post-market data, competitive and technology insights into product requirements, UI/UX design and user stories, backlog priorities, risk mitigations, and business cases.
  • You are comfortable both with product development processes (agile development, user-centered design, software testing, verification/validation) and with working across hardware, software, and interventional devices in a regulated medical-device environment. Knowledge of coronary procedures in the catheterization lab environment a plus.
  • You are analytical, collaborative, and execution-oriented, communicate clearly, and work effectively across functions to resolve issues.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together:

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office-based role.
