Position: Product Manager
Location: Hampton, NH
The Product Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of an assigned strategic market through market intelligence, Voice of Customer (VOC) activities, product development coordination, commercialization planning, and customer engagement. Working under the guidance of the Director of Product Management, this role serves as the primary Product Management representative for an assigned market while collaborating closely with Engineering, Applications Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.
This position combines market development, new product development execution, technical documentation, customer engagement, and commercialization activities while providing a clear path toward increasing ownership of market strategy, portfolio management, and roadmap planning.
This position operates at the intersection of Product Management and Applications Engineering, helping translate customer needs into structured product requirements while improving internal processes that support product launches, semi-custom solutions, and ongoing product line development. This role also plays a key part in early customer engagement and product launch execution, supporting initial sales efforts and ensuring successful adoption of new products in the market.
Responsibilities:
Product Development & Execution
Customer Engagement & Product Launch Execution
Semi-Custom Product & Process Development
Help define and manage processes for semi-custom product requests, including:
NRE tracking and justification
Sample and demo unit coordination
Capturing reusable product configurations for future commercialization
Support development of a decision framework to determine when customer requests should be handled via:
Applications Engineering (quick-turn / semi-custom)
Competitive & Market Intelligence
Applications & Commercialization Support
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
2-5 years of experience in:
Product Management, Applications Engineering, or Technical Project Management
Strong organizational and project tracking skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for technical content
Experience with customer-facing documentation (datasheets, presentations, reports) is a plus
Familiarity with RF, interconnects, semiconductor, or related technologies is preferred but not required
