Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced
Product Manager – Trust & Safety to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of products that enhance safety across the platform. This role focuses on reducing safety incidents such as interpersonal harm and illegal activities by building scalable, data-driven, and machine learning-powered solutions. The Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, data science, design, operations, and policy teams to deliver innovative products that strengthen trust within the community while balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Trust & Safety initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Policy to deliver product solutions.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact and business value.
- Establish measurable product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Drive alignment across internal product teams, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Evaluate customer pain points and identify opportunities to improve safety and trust.
- Balance business priorities, customer experience, technical feasibility, and operational constraints.
- Present product strategy, roadmap, and progress updates to senior leadership and executives.
- Assess and recommend build, buy, or partner solutions for new product capabilities.
- Develop iterative product plans aligned with long-term platform goals.
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to drive execution and consensus.
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader for Trust & Safety products and platforms
Must-Have Skills:- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, Fraud, or related domains.
- Strong experience managing technical or machine learning-based products.
- Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Operations teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.
- Experience with hypothesis-driven product development and user-centric design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across global organizations.
- Experience making product decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-impact environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
