Job Description & Responsibilities:

Paladin Consulting is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the comprehensive product vision, strategy, and success metrics for an AI-driven route optimization and scheduling platform. The role involves harmonizing district operations with centralized business and technical teams to ensure seamless execution through various product phases: pilot, scale, and maintenance.

• Manage the product roadmap and backlog, focusing on route sequencing and scheduling optimization.
• Prioritize product features across different stages of development.
• Convert district regulations and existing routing logic into precise, actionable product requirements.
• Create detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Monitor platform performance and implement post-release enhancements.
• Collaborate with platform and data science teams on data and algorithm requirements.
• Facilitate district adoption through training, enablement, and change management as the platform expands.
• Communicate roadmap progress, dependencies, and business impact to executive sponsors and working teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the platform portfolio and explore new potential areas.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years in product or program management, with experience in AI/analytics or operational technology products.
• Experience in all phases of the product lifecycle, from concept to scale and ongoing support.
• Knowledge of vehicle routing solutions.
• Business acumen to evaluate the value of vehicle route optimization.
• Strong analytical skills for business and technical trade-off discussions.
• Proficiency in cloud and data platforms (e.g., AWS, Databricks).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Strong leadership skills to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSPO, SAFe, or Pragmatic are a plus.
