We are seeking an experienced Product Manager-Technical for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Enterprise Applications to lead the transformation of our critical enterprise applications to next generation systems that incorporate the latest technologies and AI capabilities.

As a Product Manager-Technical for Manufacturing Enterprise Systems, you will serve as the technical product manager for our manufacturing operations, driving system excellence through automated solutions that advance our processes. You will lead product management for SAP S/4HANA and Siemens Teamcenter, developing system architecture and feature roadmaps to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Working cross-functionally with system engineering teams and manufacturing operations, you will deliver innovative solutions while advising on technical trade-offs, system design, and user acceptance criteria. Through stakeholder engagement and data analysis, you will identify opportunities for improvement and translate business needs into technical specifications. Your role encompasses full product lifecycle management, from concept through post-launch enhancement, ensuring continuous improvement through performance monitoring and user feedback. Key responsibilities include managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and collaborating with development teams to implement updates that drive operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Key job responsibilities

Product Strategy & Technical Leadership

  • Own product vision and multi-year roadmap for manufacturing systems portfolio.
  • Drive architectural decisions and technical trade-offs across ERP, MES, PLM, and CAD systems.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to define system capabilities and integration requirements
  • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements
  • Create detailed PRFAQs and functional design documents for new capabilities
  • Define and track key success metrics that demonstrate business impact and value
  • Partner with engineering teams to define technical implementation approaches
  • Define user acceptance criteria and success metrics for new features
  • Develop business cases for new capabilities and enhancements

Business Process & System Architecture

  • Drive standardization and simplification initiatives for manufacturing through value stream mapping of transactional processes to guide product development
