Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.Position Summary:This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating the target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the program. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost. They manage financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.Responsibilities:Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domainCommunicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teamsOversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expensesProvides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support themEnsures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammatesDevelops business cases for new products and additional features for existing productsPartners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trendsEstablish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.Coordinate and facilitate the program routines (for example, kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder o meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on).Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.Responsible for providing status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.Ensure that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.Ensure the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards.Track the success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.Required Qualifications:7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with at least 2+ years focused on cloudExperience integrating compute platforms into new or greenfield data center environmentsProven experience leading strategic platform modernization initiatives, from architecture design through build, validation, and production rollout.Proven ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Desired Qualifications:Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.Knowledge of cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks.Familiarity with FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices.Skills:Financial ManagementInfluenceSolution Delivery ProcessStakeholder ManagementTechnical Strategy DevelopmentAgile PracticesAnalytical ThinkingCollaborationResult OrientationRisk ManagementOtherShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
