My client is a global medical device leader with a mission to help surgeons treat their patients better. This role sits at the center of an emerging Cardiothoracic Surgery portfolio - building relationships with surgeons and clinical teams, driving new product innovation, and owning a product line from concept through commercial launch.

What you'll be doing
- Drive new product development - market research, product strategy, R&D coordination, and release to production
- Define and maintain customer and market requirements; develop competitive analyses and pricing strategies
- Coordinate product introductions and market launch with sales and marketing organizations
- Support offsite surgical cases and provide direct field team support
- Identify third-party partnering opportunities to expand the product line
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Background spanning medical device sales, marketing, product management, engineering, or clinical work
- Experience with cardiothoracic medical devices required
- Comfortable with cadaver specimen work in a lab or surgical setting
- Strong platform presence - this role involves regular presentations to surgeons, internal teams, and commercial partners
- Naples, FL-based with availability for 25% travel
