    Senior Technical Product Manager – Payments & POS Solutions

    Location: Seattle, Washington (Hybrid)

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for next-generation POS systems, retail payments, and digital payment solutions. This role will focus on delivering seamless, secure, and cost-effective guest experiences while driving innovation in POS, in-store transactions, mobile wallets, and fraud prevention.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and drive the roadmap for POS systems tailored for QSR and retail, ensuring speed, reliability, and ease of use.

    • Deliver scalable POS payment solutions supporting chip, NFC tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets.

    • Manage payment device integrations (Verifone, Toast, Ingenico, Clover, Square).

    • Lead digital payment solutions such as Scan & Pay (QR codes) and PCI-compliant tokenized payments.

    • Oversee payment orchestration APIs processing millions of card-present and card-not-present transactions.

    • Partner with major payment processors (CyberSource, WorldPay, Chase, PayPal, Venmo) for integrations and vault migrations.

    • Lead fraud prevention and risk management initiatives including real-time fraud detection, ATO protection, and fraud remediation automation.

    • Drive operational efficiency through payment reconciliation, refunds, and process automation.

    • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and finance teams to modernize payment architecture and resolve discrepancies.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management within POS, Payments, or Fintech (QSR/Retail preferred).

    • Strong knowledge of payment systems, PCI compliance, fraud prevention, and digital wallets.

    • Proven track record in scaling high-availability platforms and integrating third-party payment processors.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced coursework in Supply Chain is a plus).
